That never happened before

Be aware, because it seems like when I'm in town it will happen though it may nerver happened before.
Started with my departure at Vancouver Airport. Sunny day, no clouds!! As a nice guy from Vancouver told me, that nerver happened before when he arrived at Vancouver because Vancouver is always cloudy.
Arrived at Vaness Street. Nobody home except of two other students. "Sorry but I'm here for months and that never happened before, the family was always at home when new students arrived."
Went on with the results of our Placement Test at Monday: "I' m so sorry guys, but that never happened before, our computersystem broke down so you have to come again on tuesday to get your levels and timetables!"
Tuesday: Got level 6. Even that never happened before. No student in our hostfamily started at that level except YoKo and me.
